Topic: Caring for the Caregiver
"Caring for the Caregiver" is designed to support those caring for loved ones with dementia. This session focuses on understanding the emotional challenges of caregiving and cultivating effective coping strategies. Participants will learn practical skills to manage caregiver stress, get organized amidst daily demands, and overcome feelings of guilt. We also explore the importance of seeking outside support, fostering resilience in caregivers. Join Jane to strengthen your caregiving journey and enhance your well-being.

About Jane:

Jane holds professional memberships in the National Association of Social Workers, Tarrant Area Gerontological Society (founding member), Continuity of Care (board member), and Coalition for Quality End of Life Care (board member).
