Library Branch: Benbrook Public Library Room: Kathy Ledford Meeting Room Age Group: Adults Program Type: Health & Wellness Yoga Yoga classes at the library are taught by a professional and are for yogis of all skill levels. The 45-minute classes are free and are a great way to improve oneself both physically and mentally. Those who have their own yoga mats are encouraged to bring them, but the library does have some mats available for those who may need them.Yoga classes are held on the second Monday of each month at 5:45 PM. Join us each month to reflect and pause together in mindful ways. We will discover together how to experience life more fully, bring calm into our life situations, and move forward with purpose and focus.Practicing mindfulness with a group helps to expand and accelerate your own growth and awareness. During each session, we will meditate together, journal together, and share together. By listening intently to others and sharing deeply from your own hearts, we can establish a lasting mindfulness routine together.
