The meeting will be open to the public, whoever wants to join is welcome, but we’re specifically targeting the Pecan Valley neighborhood (near Chapin Rd and 820). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss an upcoming zoning case and educate the community on the potential impacts. The zoning case is for a property along Mary’s Creek, adjacent to the Pecan Valley neighborhood, so there are concerns about flooding, drainage, etc . . . We’re simply wanting to get everyone in the same room and hopefully answer all their questions.
