Join us for a fun and educational botanical illustration class led by a pharmacist and experienced botanical illustrator. Gwen Genius will guide you through the art of capturing nature’s beauty on paper. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced artist, this class will teach you techniques to bring plants to life with detail and color. Along the way, learn how plants and herbs have medicinal properties and their uses in wellness. Supplies are provided, and all skill levels are welcome!

About the instructor: Gwen Genius, BS, MS, RPh
Gwen studied botany, pharmacognosy, and commercial art. She is a member of Waverly Park Garden Club, Garden Council of Fort Worth, ASBA, Fort Worth Herb Society, and Botanical Art Collective of North Texas. She has received awards in graphics of plant images in various competitions. She has currently been teaching master gardeners botanical illustration of seasonal plants and medicinal herbs.
