Historic Benbrook

We have provided the Tarrant County archives with the historic documents and pictures we have accumulated over the years.  You can access the images and descriptions through their website.

This collection includes:

WW1 Aviation Scrapbook - Contains photographs of football players, WWI aviation, plane crashes, Carruthers Field, Hicks Field, Benbrook Field, aerial views and Dallas Love Field.  

WW1 Caruthers Scrapbook - Contains photographs of Carruthers Field, WWI aviation, aerial views, plane crashes and ships.

We have also donated our original newspapers of the Benbrook News to the Portal to Texas History.  On this portal you will find articles, videos, and pictures on various Benbrook news stories and happenings throughout Benbrook's history.
