Large Conference Room

Our conference room by the circulation desk is a great space for privately meeting or studying. It's open when the library is open and may be used for up to two hours at a time with the potential for longer use if no one is waiting. We accept reservations up to two business days in advance.

This 176 sq ft room features:

  • Tables and chairs
  • Whiteboard with dry erase marker and eraser 
  • Computer with TV screen
  • Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

Capacity: 10

Small Study Room

Our small study room by the vending maching is a great space for privately meeting or studying. It's open when the library is open and may be used for up to two hours at a time with the potential for longer use if no one is waiting. We accept reservations up to two business days in advance.


This 88 sq ft room features:

  • Table and Chairs

Library Booths

Library Booths

We have three library booths. These booths are great for one person to study or work on the computer with privacy. They are open when the library is open and may be used for up to two hours at a time with the potential for longer use if no one is waiting. We accept reservations up to two business days in advance.

These booths feature:

  • Sliding door
  • Counter and stool
  • Computer

Kathy Ledford Meeting Room

The Benbrook Public Library welcomes public use of its facility in keeping with the Library’s mission to “provide informational resources that strive to satisfy the educational, informational, cultural, and recreational needs of the community."  


The Kathy Ledford Meeting Room is a 1,300 square foot meeting space available to reserve for non-profit, non-commercial functions when it is not being used for library purposes. This space features:

  • Table and chairs
  • Acoustic divider to separate the space
  • Full kitchen
  • Access to restrooms, courtesy phones, and vending machine
  • Separate entrance doors, which enable meetings to be held outside library hours


There are specific rules regarding the use of the room, including any event has to be free and open to the public, and must provide at least a week's advance notice.  The library reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.
